For 8 years I travelled the world in search of healing. My journey was sparked by serious mental health challenges that had started very suddenly for me back in 2012.

Through the teachings and practices I learnt along the way, I finally discovered the answer and was able to uncover the inner peace and wellbeing that I was seeking.
